- Select and coordinate wall coverings (paint, vinyl, fabric, etc.)
- Select and coordinate all flooring (carpet, vinyl, tile, etc.)
- Custom floor, wall and ceiling pattern design
- Selection and fabrication of all window treatments
- Selection and coordination of all furniture, fixtures, and upholstery
- Selection and coordination of all accessories and artwork
- Preparation of a color and finish schedule for all interior finishes
- Preparation of color and material board(s)
- Preparation of furniture, fixture, and equipment bid package
- Jobsite facilitation and inspections
- Project closeout
