Initial Staging Consultation
A
consultation begins with a visit to your home for a
walk-through and an evaluation of each room. We will discuss
your home’s best features with you, as well as trouble
spots, and give you recommendations for simple remedies and
enhancements that you can complete yourself. For example,
we’ll recommend what items to move, relocate, store and
de-clutter to “stage” your home. Depending on the size of
your home, this visit usually will be the only one you’ll
need. If desired, we will prepare a written, detailed action
plan for you.
Partial Staging
Partial Staging begins with an evaluation of how to
reorganize and enhance the space in each room in your home.
We will determine what should be moved, relocated,
de-cluttered and stored. We principally will work with your
existing furnishings and, where appropriate, will supplement
with key pieces of furniture and accessories. Partial
staging generally takes two visits: the first to conduct the
initial walk-though and the second to implement the
reorganization plan and install new furnishings. After the
first visit we will prepare an action plan for you to
execute before our second visit.
Full or
Vacant Staging
If you have already moved out of your home, plan on moving
out prior to listing or intend to store your belongings, BTG
Designs will fully furnish and accessorize any or all of the
rooms in your home. We will rent and purchase accessories
and furniture within your desired budget to make your vacant
home look like it is lived in.
Commercial
Staging
Just like your home, there are occasions when your workplace
needs a visual lift or a completely new look. At BTG
Designs we have the experience to stage commercial spaces to
enhance their visual appeal.
